I am going on my second year with Agendio as my work planner. The second year I personalized it WAY MORE than the first time around because I became more familiar with all the options (when I ordered the first time I was a bit rushed). The ONLY thing I would change about the Agendio is I wish they had the ability on the daily to personalize how wide the columns are. (e.g. for my bulleted "to do" list, I wish the lines took up about 3/4 of the width of the page and the time portion was less wide (currently the layout is 50/50 across the page). Other than that, this is the perfect planner peace for my work planner! Thanks for the review! It was great!

Very good points Michele;) The first tie on the site can be overwhelming! I would advise people to work on it for a few days in a row to really get to see all the options;) And I love your idea on how they could customize the daily even more! Thanks for taking the time to share:) Happy Holidays!

I used an Agendio in the past. Mine was one of the hard covers with the hidden spiral. I customized it so much so that I had my bills typed in the monthly layouts for the year, when my bills were due, when ppls bdays were...anything that I thought would make life easier for me...BUT when I got it and started using it, I found that I missed writing those things in my planner bc it was all part of my planning process. Lol. I also customized my weekly layout way too much and it was not very functional for me. I should have kept it more minimal (lol...oxymoron) like you did. Anyway...seeing yours, I would definitely try again, BUT I would also definitely give myself more time before hitting that add to cart button. Thanks for an awesome review!

Thank you for commenting Beth! That's exactly how I feel and why I made mine simple. I don't like a lot of boxes I have to fill in, or check off pre labeled. I also tend to read over pre labeled birthdays, & appointments.....the same way I glace over all the holidays printed in a planner and don't really read them.....I know some people wanted to see me put more features in my Agendio. But I tried to design something I would use;) We are all so different, and that is one reason Agendio is great! We can all design to our specific needs, personality, and planning style;)

I Know I am 2 years late here but I just came across this planner and just ordered my own! It's true the weekend was able to be different from the week day, I did hours on my week days and then just a Morning, Afternoon and Evening sections on my weekends as they are less time constrained usually!!!

I love Agendio!! You can also add birthdays and special occasions/events like anniversaries to your calendar! It’s great!! The site is overwhelming but I took my time planning out mine. I was very particular within the building process. It took my literally 1.5 weeks to finalize because I did my initial set up, slept on it, reviewed it, thought about how the set up would function for me and I finally placed the order days later when thought it was perfect. Just take your time and think it through before placing the order... I was OCD about building it but my planner came out PERFECT! Agendio is my planner peace 😊 eager to build another one... trying to come up with an excuse to get another planner lol

Oh and the weekly planner paper is thicker (105 I think) than the daily paper (90gsm). Thanks Amanda always love your reviews!!

I agree....It took me a week to make mine too. I made a weekly, and a daily and played around with both several times. Took a few hours;) that is good advice to take time to come back and tweek your order after thinking and sleeping on it;) I love hearing your personal testimony about Agendio after using it daily:) I am sure it will help others too who read this;) Thanks for taking the time to share:) Happy Planning!

What size ring is your daily planner? My weekly planner is only 29mm which is a bit too small. Ideally would of liked a 1.25’ ring instead... I like chunky planners ;)

My ring on the daily is about 1.5 inches. It is big! My daily is pretty chunky!

Your right there are not too many planners out there with a 24 hr option. I can't remember if I even mentioned that in video?! LOL. Too many reviews does that to ya;)

Amanda, I have created 2 Agendio planners using their templates/models. My most recent is a weekly planner with Monthlies and LOTS of note pages. I had it “unpunched” so I could punch it as a 9-disc discbound. I also ordered a Happy Planner sized laminated cover set from Etsy that was punched for 9 discs. It’s really pretty! One thing to note about the inserts is that the monthly inserts cannot be tabbed. This doesn’t make sense to me, as the punched monthlies that are not inserts can have tabs. I was able to find some Erin Condren colored tabs that work. I do love the paper and the fact that I don’t have to carry an entire year of weeklies, allowing me to include other sections labeled as Notes, an organization I belong to, current Client information, etc. without the planner being too thick. I carry 3 months of weeklies and all 12 months of monthlies. When I finish a month of weeklies, I remove it and add another month of weeklies to equal 3 months. Hope this makes sense and is helpful.

Terry, thanks for taking the time to share:) I loved hearing how you curated the Agendio to fit your exact needs! Those are great ideas that can actually help others with any planner you can order unpunched:) What a great system you have going. For anyone that has to carry their planner around with them this is a wonderful idea to lighten the load of it;)

I'm actually deciding between the Agendio Daily and Simplified Planner Daily as I type this...it would be great to have you compare these two side by side like you have with other ones...I'm having a hard time making a decision! :) I love your videos and reviews....!!!

Thanks Debbie. These are not 2 that are very close (like Day Designer & Simplified) . I am only doing 2 videos a week now so I can't fit in even all the videos I want to do, or get requests for. So sorry! If I do this one....it would be several months before I get to it. But I will add it to my list of ideas;) The agendio is thicker, and heavier...that's bc you can add in extra pages, and bc Sat/Sun are full pages. Sat/Sun split a page in Simplified and there are no notes pages. The one draw of Agendio is you can design the page the way you want. I personally think agendio daily is too heavy for me without a hardback cover. If you have any other questions go ahead and email me @ amandasfavorites@whitleyspace.com

Great Review! I bought an agendio but got the planner refills and did not using it like I hoped as I think my planner was too big. I use my phone a lot for planning but DEFINITELY need something that I can write notes in about clients and such and have it already dated for myself. I was looking to do the 6 month version and was curious - How many pages was your yearly planner? I am trying to see if the 6 month will be slim enough to put in my oversized purse. Thanks

I added pages to my yearly....I don't know the total page count....but it is BIG! If you wanted it to be more portable I would do the 6 month and defiantly do not add any extra pages;) I have an entire DAILY planners Playlist if your looking for a Daily and not set yet on Agendio;)

They do have a TON of options, almost too many;) I spent a lot of time on their site, I really tried to design something I would actually use. But I should have probably tried to use every option, so I could have shown those. I am so happy to hear from someone who uses and loves it;) They are the only company I know of where you can design with so many options and combinations!

No it does not. Agendio is wider, and has one more spiral ring.

The EC covers are taller and slightly more narrow and you would need to punch one more hole to fit the agendio spiral. I used the EC covers as dividers in my agendio and I love it!! I made my own Covers using craft paper and I love how it turned out! The clear cover sheet will protect it

I am sorry I don't even have this planner anymore bc the dates ran out and then I have to make room for new planners. I know there site is a bit hard to navigate. My best advice is watch their tutorial videos and then just leave time to play around and have patience with the process. You can save it and not even have to finish it all in one day:)

I tend to agree...but the price is really from the amount of customization you can do! They use thicker paper in their weekly books...but they don't in their daily bc they don't want to bulk them up anymore....I think they need to just make a 6 month daily options with thicker paper;)

I bought an agendio and was really not impressed with the paper quality and the overall look of it... Never used it in the end. Price doesn't match the quality...

Some people love it....some don't. I have heard both sides. It's not what I choose to use for my planner. I think the bulk of the price comes from the face that you can personalize it so much. I completely understand your point of view. Thanks for sharing!

My daily was around $59 to start, without the extras. I also found the site overwhelming. I did have to spend a lot of time designing and, studying it to figure it out.

The pages are 7x9. Cover is about 1/4 -1/2 inch bigger than pages. They might have cover exact measurements on their site;)

I forgot about Agendio! Gaaah. Now I'm wondering whether this, Personal Planner, Golden Coil or a spiral bound dot grid notebook from Jane's Agenda would be my best option for 2019. I was able to create an account on Agendio & design a planner laid out the way that I like with lots of notes pages, but it came out to $119 before shipping & tax 😳 Do you have any videos comparing Agendio to other planners?

I don't have an videos comparing Agendio. That price is very high! Did you do Daily or weekly? I am guessing weekly if you are comparing to Personal Planner bc they don't have daily;) I think you just really have to look at each and decide which layout, paper, & look would make you happy to use it each day;) I know it's so tough without having them in your hands!

@@AmandasFavorites You're right, I did weekly! The size I chose was 8.5x11 & I had the tabs ($10), page marker ($6 for 2), book band ($8), pocket folder ($3), and the max number of notes pages ($27 for 108 pgs). I played around with it again to customize the notes pages after each month & week and cut down the notes section to only 54 pages (which seems right for the size; the larger the pages, the fewer I'll need), which brought the price down to $105.50. Personal Planner is around $60 for the A4 size, and if I decided to get one of their covers, it's about $35 I think, so pretty comparable price wise. PP is less customizable & there aren't any notes pages after months or weeks, plus I could only add 24 notes pages to the back after adding a year at a glance. I would probably end up getting a notebook to carry around with me, which I dislike having to do. Golden Coil is 1" shorter than B5 size and is flat at $65, but the downside there is that once I added the weekly notes pages, I could only add one more spread before I reached the max amount of pages. And Jane's Agenda is great because it's dot grid in a 7x9 spiral bound book, but it has no pocket or folder and I know that that will drive me batty 😅 I also would like to be realistic about the fact that I won't feel like drawing bujo layouts all year long 😂 It sounds like Agendio is a top contender now, but the price is making me hesitate.

You have done your research girl! I think from hearing you lay it out like that.....Agendio might be the best pick for you. Maybe they will have a black Friday or cyber Monday deal? I don't know? But imagine that price divided by the 365 days you will use your planner and it's not a lot per day;) I wouldn't shy away from the one that would serve you best just bc it's a little bit more;) That's just my 2 cents;) Thanks for sharing:)

I am not using the agendio planner. I receive many planners to review. Hopefully my reviews help others make informed decisions before they purchase a planner;)
