This is another company where the employees think that they are security and that photography is either illegal or evil.

Brought to you from the people at Lincat. To be honest I prefer the good interactions and polite staff audits. I don't really enjoy the mean and the grumpy . It's very depressing knowing there are people like that walking among us. Hopefully Mr. Clean will watch the video and read the comments to finally realize what a little nothing he is and will thinks before his next encounter.

PJ, I would definitely send your footage to the MD of Lincat, there's no way they would want any representative of their company behaving in such a manner, unless they're complete tossers as well. He also clearly broke the law by using a hand-held device whilst the engine was running, so Lincs police may well be interested in that as well.

Just to note : This guy was in charge of a running motor vehicle and used his phone which is illegal under current law. Thats 6 points and £200. In short, this guy is a criminal. If anyone wants to pass this video on to the police I can say with high certainty that he'll get busted over this. His views on life and people are more than likely a mix of love for the fatherland and Adolf Hitler's diaries, you know a warm hearted caring individual that doesn't kill puppies..Put in an official complaint, he's use of language and lack of respect is a clear sign of a deviant aggressive nature, who probably bullies his family..All in all, a bad egg...And this notion of tax dodging is highly offensive, in reality he needs a good seeing to, but he'd more than likely enjoy it😃

After working with Lincat for many years offshore and in the oil industry , I hope the company managers are proud of this video. This has done more for them beside producing a reliable machine it shows how low the company standards are today. Have we gone to low live rules ? Where is the decorum ? A world best product ruined by a Rougue employee.

What an absolute tool that van driver was. I really don't get why he was bothered. The gate prevents anyone from going into the yard and how is anyone meant to get to the reception that's on the signpost on the building without entering onto the property.

You turn left to get to reception. I work there and can only apologise for this tools behaviour. Most people there are great and would tell him what we do (build catering equipment) and ask him if he needs any help. We certainly wouldn't behave in that stupid aggressive manner.

Honestly I don't think that he actually works for Lincat. His hi-viz had a different name on the back and his van wasn't signwritten. I think he is more likely a multi-drop courier, potentially contracted to Lincat for piece work...
