how did you have so many skills in last boss is this is available on official game?

It's not on official game. Some of the heroes do not have legendary shards (like this Ogre) right now but instead they added like passive skills or ultimate (I, II, II, etc) to choose from (but random skill in the pool). Also, New game mode Difficulty 6 + FUN (Elite enemies has extra skills like Fan of Knives, Doom's 3rd, Viper's 2nd, etc, they also hit like trucks). To compensate with the difficulty, you have the option to fight mini bosses every round after the first Boss which when killed gives you legendary shards.
