Everything you said is what I have experienced. It’s like you were echoing my thoughts. Thanks for this video. It is nice and believe me very rare to find someone who actually not only understands agility but also explains it so succinctly. Love you.

Very on-point. I'm on a team that has a lot of parallel work because we have OKRs that individuals own and are graded on (in a way that directly affects their compensation...). I'm advocating for a more focused and cross-functional way of working, but changing our organizational norms is going to be quite a journey. Do you have any videos on how a functional Scrum team works with OKRs? I feel like the Objectives are somewhere between a product goal or sprint goal, and the KRs frame what kinds of incremental value should be delivered each sprint. There's also some overlap between "quality KRs" and the Definition of Done. None of that solves my "too many objectives" problem, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on Scrum+OKRs working together so I have something to strive towards!

Why are they moving to agile? What are they trying to achieve? Who is helping them move to agile? What does this person believe about 'how to set the team for success'?
