Excellent insightful empowering message thank-you! It is very interesting to think about all the lifestyle habits of Japanese people with 10,000's over 100 in excellent health emotionally to physically. They love spending time in nature/called forest energy and walk on average 6120 steps per day outside in green spaces/trees! Traditional Japanese diet is full of vegetables and little meat or processed food, they follow Shintoism/Zen Buddhism believe in cultivating inner peace, continual growth via kaizen philosophy meaning new learning and growth every day, projection based on data indicates 130 is just on the horizon in Japan. A very spiritual culture in business class learnt they incorporate a spiritual perspective in all their business operations ie. at Kyocera the leading electronics company founder Kazuo Inamori was also a Buddhist Priest/he was also a CEO of Japanese Airlines, he lived a very minimalistic lifestyle wrote lots of books sharing his wisdom.

Ageism is right on top with racism. It’s darn shame how some young people treat their elders. Funny thing about life the way you treat people you too will experience it and even worse.
