AGM H5 Pro, is actually categorized in Rugged phone category in which many brands normal people would not have heard before namely brands like Blackview, Oukitel, Doogee, Ulefone, UmiDigi and so on. They don't use high end processors like Snapdragon 800 series, not even 600 or 700 series, only a few used snapdragon 400 series while they normally use Mediatek processors. These type of phones do not focus much on camera rather durability and longer battery life and batteries start from 4,000 to currently 21,000 mAh capacity. The H5 Pro here is a rare one which provides high quality speaker. I'm using a Sony Xperia 5 mark ii as my daily driver and Oukitel WP5 Pro as my rugged phone when I go hiking but am interested with this H5 Pro for its speaker and infra-red night vision.

Bro, when you are filming can you make sure you state which device is being used to film the footage. For example, what device were you using to film the intro in the park/garden?

Speaker is very cool and LED lights. Thing that stinks is settings don't change when you chg them. For example, don't get calendar reminders, no notification dots on apps when I choose in settings, and the special button for torch, camera, voice asst, ect hasn't been working

Does anyone know if the AGM H5 PRO supports a 1TB Micro SD Card? Some websites says that it does, some websites says that it only supports up to 512GB Micro SD Cards, some say that it only supports TF Cards and not Micro SD Cards. So, I have no real idea what the truth is on that ... hence, the question.

I just bought one last week and out of the box I charged it. Put the sim card in and started it. The first screen was the pin screen. I tried to put my pin in and nope, didn't unlock. I called the company and told them the problem and they said to use 12369 and try that, Nope... So I got hold of a phone tech and they ran me thru the factory reset... Nope didn't work either... Sent it back and got a refund and ordered the "OUKITEL WP16, Rugged Smartphone 10600mAh Battery, Night Vision Camera 128GB+8GB Android 11,6.39 HD+ Underwater Camera IP68 Waterproof Rugged Phone,OTG NFC GPS SOS Dual SIM Unlocked Cell Mobile Phone". Bad company to deal with....

That charger is NOT wireless!!! You need to read the manual... and it is good it is not since wireless chargers are incredibly inefficient and waste of energy and money!!
