This takes me back to my childhood. I was born in ‘81 and I had a lot of things just like this growing up. Lunchboxes were just like that; mine was strawberry shortcake. Sleeping bags and indoor play tents were all the rage, I had a Walkman, a pick just like Courtney’s because I too had a spiral perm, trapper keepers were a must have with the folders carrying different designs. I even had a see through phone just like that too. This set is just adorable!

I just got the tv, Pac Man lunch set, and boom box and I have to say it’s the coolest items AG has ever made. It’s so realistic! The Pac Man lunch set brings me back to my childhood! I’m a 90s kid and all of us kids back then had the exact kind of lunch box and thermos. It came in all sorts of different cartoon character designs. The boom box is exactly like the one my family had and as a kid and I played with a lot. It was black. So nostalgic!

I've always admired American Girl and always wanted one and now that i'm 22 my family thinks i'm to old. My mom told me about the new doll Courtney and I was so happy, cause my name is Courtney and i'm not a 80's kid but I grew up on everything 80's because of my parents. I love the collection and if I had to pick a favorite it would probably be the Pac-Man game or the bunk bed.

I used to have a sweater just like that but it had a pencil and you could pull it over your head it was a very nice sweater and I had it and I loved it it was one of my favorite sweaters the only thing I have from ladies when I was a kid is my jean jacket and my dad was very happy to find out that I still had my jean jacket because we went to every store tried to find the jean jacket that I actually wanted and I really loved I wore it all the time into this day it's not even ripped the it doesn't it fits me still but my sister won't let me wear it because she doesn't want anything to happen to it because she knows I love it so much and it was actually a present from my mom and dad we went to every store to try to figure out what kind of jean jacket I wanted
