@@aladyfirstkdaI say it’s a calling because it takes a special Grace to be married to a man of God who has to shepherd people. Also since the man of God is chosen by God to lead His people, a pastor’s wife will need a Grace to back the assignment of his husband up through prayers, words of encouragement, through even understanding the assignment God has given her husband in order to allow the Man of God function in his office without interference. A wife of a man of God will also have to have the Grace to be welcoming to people she may not have any relationship with. If I say “calling” I didn’t mean it is written in Scripture. I only meant it takes a special Grace to be a wife of a man of God who shepherds people. Not everyone has the Grace for that. David’s wife didn’t understand her assignment as a wife of a prophet so when David danced before God, she mocked him. I hope this helps…❤️

My pastor ex-husband would invite young people to our house without telling me and then disappear and come back very late when he knew I had made a plan for them to eat and prepare for their sleeping. Unfortunately these are the same young people that he used against me to paint me black, and even had a child with one of them. I don’t have a problem with church members visiting our house, but there must be communication and boundaries.

As challenging as the task seems, it is only God that prepares one ahead of the journey. My husband got called after marriage and sincerely it can only be divine grace adapting into the new realm. I've got one of two boy s (whose foundation, reasoning and ways are so awkward) that you begin to question if such being exists. He was brought in without my consent despite myself being the link to the grandmother's relationship with my husband. But he does things according to his way,leaves to and appears from school (outside town)at will, claiming Daddy knows each time I question and rebuke him. As patient and tolerant the Ministry calls for,it can be so frustrating meeting and coexisting with lots. But above all,there is always need to set some rules, discipline that wouldn't affect the marriage itself as God Himself q

God knows every one’s destiny and if we allow Him He will choose for you the partner that suits you. Many of us admire Apostle Arome but a lot of us cannot be married to him. God chose mama Dinna because He saw the future, all these experiences have pruned her to be who she is now that a lot of people admire. We may say all these experiences were unnecessary but GOD IS ALL KNOWING!!!

Exactly what happened to me when I got married to my husband even up till date. I came in from my wedding venue,only to see my house filled with brothers and sisters in the Lord. I'm blessed to be married to a minister. I couldn't have been easy if not for God and my foundation because my parents are ministers too.

But they are some stress that aren't necessarily for your partner. Pastors learn to give your partner her space, making her pass through that much stress is not a license to heaven! At some point please don't overstretch a woman because of your own position. There can be a place for retreat outside your home! People can come but let it not be that, they occupy your spouse space always. May God help us

I totally agree with you. Some people have very bad behaviors that even they cannot tolerate from others if another person was to replicate their behaviours. They will come and coat it with 'stubborn'. "I am very stubborn", no, just go straight and say, "I have a very bad character". These testimonies made me feel so much pity for this woman. All the emotional stress was avoidable.

In normal Marriage Settings, YES. But God told her that Her Marriage is not like everyone's own. Her marriage is going to be A Ministry. Marriage is not all about Comfort for some. It's A MINISTRY to SOME.
