Let's see one of the first Deutz 8280s arrived in our countryside at work!
The Deutz-Fahr 8280 TTV is the first currently available model of the new 8 series: a continuously variable 287 hp tractor. This model thus fills the power range between the 7 series (up to 246 HP) and the 9 series (from 295 HP upwards).
The new 8280, built in the German plant of Deutz Fahr Land in Lauingen in Bavaria (Germany), is rich in technology and is designed for demanding farmers and contractors with a strong vocation for innovation.
Equipped with a 6.1-liter Deutz AG 6-cylinder twin-turbo engine - Stage V, the tractor is able to generate more power at low revs (287 hp at 1,900 rpm) while maintaining low fuel consumption.
The two-stage continuously variable transmission is a new concept and allows maximum efficiency and comfort to be expressed at any working speed, reaching 60 km / hour at 1,830 rpm.
A hydraulic equipment with closed center Load Sensing circuit with a hydraulic flow rate up to 210 l / min, excellent soundproofing and cab suspension complete the machine's features, creating an ideal working environment even at night thanks to the 23 work lights led.
