This is my initial run with the Agrotk LRT23 Mini Skid Steer Track Loader 23HP Rato Engine. Hope this video gives those interested in these machines a feel for ground speed, power, build quality and use. Alibaba mini skid steer landscaping aliexpress

Thanks for the video. I also have a tree service as well, im thinking about getting one of the mini skids to see if we use it they definitely are alot more affordable than the vermeer

Yeah like I said at the end of the video if you know you will use it Daily I would get a more reliable unit. You can order diesel ones or get something used. I have took it out to a couple of jobs and it’s better than nothing because packing wood out sucks!

Great video , I just bought one 3weeks ago , and it doesn't run , I need to clean out the carburetor and change filter I guess

Thanks for posting. I just picked up this same LTR23 at auction. I haven't even put an hour on it yet, but these tracks are aggressive even on my gravel driveway, especially if you too turn fast. I was wonder how your lawn looked when you were all done? Im thinking the tire version may have been a better option for homeowner usage, unless you're using these for grading work. ? thanks for any info.

I would say the tracks are pretty aggressive but that’s pretty standard with machines like that this one… it does tear up the yard a little but nothing that couldn’t be raked out pretty quick with a lawn rake. If you were making repeated trips over the place you could tear it up pretty good. Seems like there is less tired machines available for some reason

Nice machine. Is there a way to release the hydraulic pressure when swapping attachments? Is it necessary to do so? Can the attachments be swapped while the machine is running?

Would you be able to post a video with the upgrades. Just got one of these as a starter machine for a tree service and I’m interested to know how much the counter weights helped

they helped a bunch you should definitely put some on I will try and post something of the Mods I made I still do not have a lot of hours it’s really only used in rare occasions

Where did you go through auction on? That’s a very good deal considering I can’t find them under 7k locally. Sounds like what you did is the way to go!

In my area all of the rental companies cater to the landscaping companies and rent out their name brand machines for the season and its nearly impossible to rent one for small DIY project. Do you think these machines hold up well enough for rental equipment to the DIY weekend warriors? Thinking limiting it to weekly rentals and letting the big boys rent to the seasonal companies.

I think it would but I haven’t put enough hours on it to determine that… if you get one cheap at auction then I think it would be hard to lose money on it. You can order directly from china and get a little higher quality machine (name brand engine and hydraulics pumps with a raised sprocket tracks). I know there are fees and taxes on shipping cost to keep in mind

@zachroth4558 if you don't know what your doing I reccomend not ordering direct. It's very easy to get scammed. If you do decide to go that route please do your research first. I'm not totally against it. I'm actually in the process of getting multiple attachments for my agt shipped direct. Should be shipping out to me this week. I used Alibaba

If I was going to use it maybe twice a month moving mulch around and Decorative Stone do you think it would be okay for that driving over Turf areas do you think the tires would be better

Sounds like a pretty good fit I would probably do tires either way I don’t see the tracks holding up well

It would pull them out! It has power it is just not that smooth!

Not to sound rude, but if you’re asking that, Chinese mini skids aren’t for you. It’s very low flow.

I do paving stone , would this be able to dig down 8” with a toothed bucket ?

Obviously depends on your soil type but yes shouldn’t have a problem it has good power pushing and digging

I have the same machine looks like you got a pretty good deal on yours!!! I've been having issues with mine I don't know if you've had the same mine only has 3 hours when I first got it I did notice a fuel leak and thought I fixed it I also went ahead and put in a primer ball in the fuel line. Seems like anything below 70° it won't start at all just crank over...... I'm welcome to any thoughts or suggestions thanks for doing the video like you said there's not a lot out there on these.

Not sure if you are on Facebook but there is a page I am on “Chinese skidsteers and equipment” I have found it to be helpful. Not sure where you picked your machine up but they are known for coming over with bad fuel it’s possible your machines sucked up some junk or has something blocking the line . I would check fuel lines and filters then work your way to the carb bowl and jets .

@@bighornhd kind of but depends how much it’s loaded… I couldn’t lift up and drive forward when I was loading larger logs

I’ve used it on a couple little jobs. I don’t have a whole bunch of hours on it still sub 20 but it’s still going. Pulled a good sized stump out with it last week and it did the job with little complaining

@bradybraunbb I saw one machine exactly the same, and the yellow one is labeled hour meter. Mine is labeled like yours, but if I disconnect the cooler, the yellow remains on. You would think it would go out. Strange

I was just thinking the same thing when I saw this plus the material being hauled is pretty light weight. If I was planning to get and use a machine like this I would be using it for gravel or dirt but maybe its not able to handle that kind of weight.

Mulch, ya... but dirt, I'd rather use the machine.
