Regular South Korean passports already allow every S. Korean citizen to travel to 190 countries visa-free. This year it's ranked in the top three most powerful passports globally (behind Japan and Singapore). The diplomatic passport doesn't give extra advantages in that sense - and I heard that they already returned their diplo passports after the trip. I wonder why they returned them - they should be able to keep them as souvenirs. Can't use them unless you're on government business anyway. 😁

Knowing how thoughtful Yoongi is with his writing, I think the grouping of "STD" is on purpose. If you think about it, an STD is highly contagious, and difficult if not impossible to cure. Maybe he's saying that about himself and his music...?

I don't think koreans realize what std means. Because that's what people call it in america but not all countries call it std. Korea doesn't call it std, because well they speak korean. So we shouldn't really expect them know it. Same for most part of the world. Different languages.

@@partypartyyeah4288 Although I completely understand this and I never understood why people always brought it up. It's annoying but now I've thought about it more. Yoongi is not just any Korean, but regardless, I do feel like it's okay to think there is a possibility for some Koreans to know what it means in English. But just because they might, it's not a derogatory term. It's just an abbreviation for the words and it shouldn't matter if they say something that sounds like it because people bringing it up should be smart enough to know that it's not the same thing. So, I don't mind keeping an open-mind that he could know what it means in English. But again, that shouldn't even matter because it's not an English song 🤷🏾.

Some things I thought were cool about this MV/song: Notice how he has his hands tied at the beginning and it is when he breaks loose that he truly starts Going OFF! Just a cool bit of symbolism! Also the way he broke out of the 'system' that was the truck only to sit above it, symbolising him breaking out of the underground rapper restrictions to be a more successful artist? 🤔 Idk just a theory! Also in case you didn't know that sample at the beginning is from James Brown's "It's a man's man's world"! Thank you for this reaction, I really enjoyed it!!! ☺💜

It's always funny how only English speakers are noticing the STD part. Before I found this MV and comments under it, I would have never known it means anything except for just three letters together 😅 There is really no reason for non-English speakers to about such an abbreviation. I don't believe even Namjoon would've known that.

React to *Agust D - Give it to me* next, it's connected and should be watched after Agust D - Agust D and you get a better look at what he actually is in/on in this MV. U to the STD sounds like 'You to the STD'. I like how it takes everyone back hearing it feels a bit punkish to have a line like that in there. Whether it was intentional or not I do not know, sometimes I'm surprised not even RM knowing some quite common eng words/expressions etc. English is not my language either but if I were to write a song etc with eng I would definitely check it first so it feels like he should have known?? I even check if I write in my own language. I mean when I write even comments like this I check just by google search or just write a frase in the address bar to see if it corrects it if I'm unsure about spellings or expressions etc.

Funny you mentioned passports and that countries are just going to let him in because bts was given diplomatic passports 2 weeks ago which means they not only have diplomatic immunity but they can travel to 99+ countries visa free (but of course they can only use it for diplomatic activities since they are now presidential envoys)
