He explained it as The King being the Agust D from four years ago, when he released his first mixtape. (it makes since that the king is blonde since Suga was blonde at the time of his first release. He explained it as the first Agust D letting the glory and power go to his head so much that he became a tyrant that began offing anyone who opposed him. The second character is the Agust D of 2020 (black hair). He opposed the king severely and wants him gone ( i don't remember if Suga went into detail if Agust D 2 wanted to take his place or not). So he stages a coup but it doesn't go as planned and he is captured. When he is taken to be beheaded, as you all saw, he was still rebelling and the King's court and servants were all joining AD2's side. It comes to the end and the executor, who had been in on the coup the entire time, cuts him free and provides him with a weapon that kills the King. (You don't really notice it until a few watches after, but there is a person who Suga nods to at the beginning of the MV in the market scene. The person he nods to is a butcher, who also happens to be the executor (the nod signifies their alliance.)
