I was 12 years old, it was in 1986 and I was sitting by the river, it was a beautiful day and someone turned on the radio and since this song was on ... I was enchanted and everything went like in a video clip from --- it was my childhood , no critical problems, my parents were young and this SОNG ... I love it so much and miss that time in 1986

One of my favorite songs from this band. "October" reminds me of lovely things in the autumn. Fall leaves, cold wind, cloudy-grey days, while sipping a warm latte in a comfy cafe. Lovely!

Me faz lembrar uma menina que amei na adolescência, tempo de escola , Angélica loirinha , mas ela nem sabia que eu existia , amor platônico mesmo , mas forte que já tive , mesmo sem nunca conversar c ela nem toca lá , só de ver ela , eu já me arrepiava todo , era um amor tão forte , inexplicável!!! Eu tinha 16 anos na época hoje tenho 47, mas nunca mais senti nada parecido por ninguém, acho que ela era o amor da minha vida , coisa de alma mesmo , não correspondido, apesar que ela nunca soube do meu sentimento verdadeiramente, já que eu era muito tímido na época , mas essa música me lembra ela, essa e hunting high and low

A-ha is one of the best bands ever, sometimes I love their music even better than Depeche Mode. I also like Pet Shop Boys, Tears For Fears, Roxette, Lady Gaga, Modern Talking, Bryan Adams, Kylie Minogue etc. This song is so pretty sad, God bless Morten, Pal and Magne! 🙂

O.M.G. ! it has been years sence I played this album, and love this band a lot ! ! ! Back then I was the bigest Thomas Dolby fan ever ! but it took bands as good as A-ha to help me expand into many others if you know what I mean :-)
