The condition of this house is clearly a showcase of the mess Brian & his family is going through. It doesn't make sense why they just absndoned this house & never took the time to visit & clean it once in a while. This family is too showy. But my heart goes out to Brian's children. They are lucky to have a very caring father, but the mothet Jodalyn is a slob.

I DONT THINK IT WAS VANDALISM! It’s more of an ABANDONEMENT! And whats the logic of moving out of comfort into a shanty place that has no working roof, no doors, no windows, no toilet, no bathroom, dirt floor, if they choose to abandoned the house in panglao its their choice not to make payments? It does not work like that? If you wish to get out of a loan there is a process for that? If they took loan from pag-ibig or gsis or from a bank, they are still liable even if they choose to abandone the property? They can be taken to court for estafa or fraud which will seriously affect bryan immigration status!

I've seen thousands of abandoned houses. That's the classic move-out in a hurry, and leave stuff everywhere. You have remnants of every business venture all over the place. The artwork is that of a child. How much of the mess is new, and how much was there when you moved out? The house is filthy! (I'm sure your neighbors like having such a mess in the neighborhood.) You need to get a dumpster and toss everything! Clean up the outside, repaint, and sell the place! Something is missing here! Why have you left this home unattended? i know this property isn't in the USA where u can just leave ur house totally UNLOCK... Filipinos would put padlock in all doors and windows are locked as well - whenever the entire family leaves the premise short or long time... That would have been prevented from happening.

I am a subscriber, and here is my opinion about that trashed house. If there was an actual break-in, you should have waited for the police to investigate the site before entering the house with your small boys leading the way to the crime scene. 🙂 Well, it looks like, you guys were not so concerned anymore. It's just a sad, sad ending for that beautiful house. I remember seeing too many people living in that house before you all split up. The mess could have been left like that, and/or the last residents irresponsibly left the windows and door unlocked with a cat or stray cat inside. Who knows?! But you guys don't seem affected after all, anyway. It would be best if you guys got rid of things (give them away or something), cleaned the house professionally, and left it in decent condition for the new owner, or back to the bank, or whoever it may be. I know you guys have a plan better than just leaving it like that. Right?

I feel really sad about the house. A big neglect!! I like watching the Ahern family but disappointed that they have no direction. They extended the house to accommodate their business then just dropped it. What happened to the rug business, the curtains, linens business? Why build another house without a contractor? Now the construction has stopped then their nice house has been abandoned and neglected. A big big waste of money!!! The children are affected.. I can’t understand why they build a big new house without the available funds on hand plus why build when they plan to migrate to USA. The fact that the wife cannot enter America brian try to bring the kids there to experience the life in America...On thier vlog i think he wanted to move back with family but the wife was banned so he has to go back to phil. I knew brian wants the kids to leave and study in the usa but of course he cannot take the kids away from thier mom...hes a good man very patient... about the mess i think the wife has health issue that she cannot tackle to clean up except getting a helper which is fair enough why not? but she should be strong enough to back up brian...im sure she is the strength behind hes back too...hopefully she get through it and look what needs to improve and teach the kids to clean the house. I just see clothes everywhere looking the way the persons lived there left it. If someone had vandalised the property...what u would see mostly are...broken furniture, doors, toilets, walls drawn on, broken windows. All i can see is clothes left out in every room
