Hi all sorry for late update on why no uploads for along time.. When i was in the US I didn't want to vlog by myself etc was busy starting my online solar business ... coming back to the Philippines i was focused on how to create a call center... knowing i will eventually go back to the United States i decided a physical office was not a good idea so i'm focused with remote workers etc. I'm finished with that in Tagbilaran city, Bohol and returning back to vlog and work from Talibon! I have a give you alot of credit for learning the language and that is a Sign of Respect to the Philippines..there is expats that don't even say .. Salamat....if you are going to live in a country at least know how to say a few common words..

Mas ok focus ka muna na matapos ang loob ng bahay mo at saka mo simulan ang extension ng bahay mo sa harapan. Mga room unahin mo para malipatan niyo, matulugan. Kapag finish na kasi yong loob ay puwede niyo na gibain yong dating bahay na malapit sa gate at walang sagabal kapag nagpagawa na diyan sa harapan.

I love the simple life in the province as you gave a snippet tour of the town. House progress is coming along ~ blessed to have reliable helpers and friend like Dennis to help with manpower. And let's not forget baby cutie patootie Emily ~ growing up so fast! Affordable at reasonable prices for materials and food there, something to envy since it's so expensive here in the USA with no relief in sight for inflations to slow down anytime soon. Been watching you guys for years & between you &Jodyln your more organized when yu were Florida & Jodyln seem to both have goals but not planned together to avoid mismanagement of goals to secure your real estate & not lose some things along the way. Sorry it’s shown on your KZfaq. It’s best to plan back to the US & get more structure. Not belittling you both but past plans with the family losing your 1st home & doing different business venture speaks of not doing things wisely together seeing yur plans comes to completion as a couple & go on to another adventure. Yes you admit that what cause yu to lose your 1st home is bc yu bought the home in Florida too soon, & had overloaded your finances. In the meantime you guys were awaiting for your family Passport being process also was not secured yet. I don’t know but it’s just managing your goals & plans with much wisdom.
