The main change, from what I've noticed over the years since debut is that he's just learned to be more patient and understanding with those around him. I also do not doubt that his members played a big role in that change, considering how chaotic they can be. Personally, I think he still can be aggressive and intimidating if he gets rilled up enough by consequential behaviour, actions or events that may affect him or his fellow members (he's extremely protective when it comes to his members) because Jaebum has always been a meticulous person even when he gets aggressive, however, due to the patience and understanding he's developed throughout the years, he no longer gets upset over trivial things.

Should be difficult know how to act in order to be the leader, with time he discovered that he is respected even being childish with them. He is a great leader, so talented
