Ahmad Bello, Premier of Northern Nigeria, in 1964 had an interview where he discussed his perspective about the Igbo people and most importantly, how such perspective has affected his style of governance in Northern Nigeria. It should be noted that it calm barely two years before he was eventually assassinated by Chukwuma Nzeogwu in 1966
