This guy is honest but airing his honesty on a cautionary plane as an act of self preservation. He did not offer criticism UK government that is different from the mainstream. We have heard it all. Uhuru on the hand has to contend with politics at a County level in order for wananchi to benefit on the ground. There are Governors as we speak who are constantly playing power games, making it a challenge for National Government to work for the wananchi in their counties - e.g delivery of equipment to hospitals. Service Commissions - Salary and Renumerations Commission, Teachers Service Commission, Judiary Service Commission, Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission etc etc, and other independent bodies which thanks to this constitution have withdrawn a vast amount of power from the President.
