Comparison of "IKAPE E61 Portafilter with Built-in High Extraction Basket" and "Lelit IMS Basket"
In this video, the effect of the basket on espresso extraction can be seen in detail. The same settings were used for both brews.
For the IKAPE E61 58mm Portafilter with Built-in High Extraction Basket, a 17-second flow is enough to prepare a good espresso.
This grind size for Lelit Bianca V3 IMS Basket (14-18g) is very fine. It is necessary to grind coarser. It is seen that lower extraction occurs compared to IKAPE.

Tds ölçümü sıvıda çözünmüş katı miktarını ölçmeye yarar. Bu espressonuzun bazı standartlara göre nerede olduğunu belirlemenize yardımcı olur. Dipsiz portafiltrenin kullanım amacı tamamen başkadır. Esas olan sepetlerdir. Sepetin delik yapısı geçirgenliği değiştirerek su akışını ve iç basıncı etkiler. Bu durum espressoya yeni bir yorum katar. Dipsiz portafilte ise sadece sepetin altında olup biteni görmeniz için vardır 😊 bu sebeple lazımdır.

Für Kaffeeliebhaber bedeutet dieses Video möglicherweise etwas anderes. Was ich tue, ist lediglich, zur Entwicklung origineller Ideen beizutragen, indem ich meine Erfahrungen teile. Sicher ist, dass der obere Siebträger eine wirklich hohe Extraktion bietet.

@@ahmeterginkarahan also ich habe auch die Bianca v3 und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Standard Siebträger. Und die menge bzw. Geschwindigkeit der Extraktion kann ich ja einfach über den mahlgrad bestimmen. Habe leider noch nicht den Vorteil verstanden. Kannst mich bitte aufklären? Bin immer sehr offen für neues.
