It is a Mapleson F circuit or the JACKSON-REES T-PIECE. Mapleson D circuit is also called the Bain circuit which is a variant of the T-piece circuit of delivery of anesthetic gas in which the fresh gas passes up a central tube and the expired gas passes out through the outer sleeve.

At 6:35, when you o2 flushed it, the oxygen came out the back where it has been disconnected to hook up non rebreathing bag. How is the non rebreathing bag filling up with o2 if that tube in backbis loose? Isn't air escaping back there without it being closed somehow?

F-Air cannot lie on their sides for any reason. This is not a Bain circuit.. It IS a coaxial unilimb.
