Ahhh so taking a body of a swimsuit model you photographed , the head of an anime girl some other guy drew, and then a background from whoever and *THEN* making it all sorta match before dropping a filter on it. Then some guy selling the composite image on Red Bubble as a t-shirt 👕.

They have technology and legal experts. They know it's not "ripping off" to learn from copyrighted material ( all human artists do that anyways ) and they no legally it's clear fair use. Other than the fact that there's a bunch of artcels mad on the internet ( which they commented briefly on ), there's nothing else to add.

@@Beyondarmonia Fair use with bilion image stolen for training it is pure ilegal, unmoral and unethical. Hell, even artist give credit when using reference on their ref board. legal doesnt mean moral and ethical. Especialy if you using entire copyrighted image from danbooru, artstation and other image repository for artist who spend entire month to perfect their artwork.

Wayta go WSJ. That's some real high tech videos you put out. A photo with dancing figures indicating speech. No one could have ever come up with that. I guess that's why you're so good at tech. There are youtubers with a few hundred followers who respect their fans enough to do passable production.

no, only 1 program did because the other had a "personal public image" restriction, however at 4:35 she mentions both created images of a terrorist attack, but one was far more radical and racist and i wish they showed that.

@@angryponyvulcanm6116 it’s kind of an insult to artists and has lead to a lot of art theft. Ai tend to take the works of many without permission, which leads to no proper credit. People tend to profit off of others artwork that they didn’t make. Without the credit, the artist whose work was used unfairly, doesn’t get anything in return. It has also led to a lot of greedy behavior. There was one situation where someone took the popular works of someone who passed in the art community, and inserted them into an AI generator. They then had the audacity to ask for credit. The issue? The artwork isn’t theirs. They didn’t make the art, they don’t own it, and are also using the work of someone who had died. They said it was a way to honor them, but it wasn’t pulled off very well. Other situations have had people stealing art and posting it before the real artist, and demanding they credit them, the AI art “creator”. As a whole, it’s not really looked upon as amazing, but it does have good uses if used correctly.
