Eruption of Krakatoa had been the loudest sound recorded back then. Apparently it was heard even in Ceylon. When we were small, we watched the movie, Krakatoa East of Java. That movie was quite something back then. You can trace it online. As regards animals sensing natural disasters, etc., I think humans also could sense them yonks ago. Over the years, we became more and more dependent on man made things and all things that distracted humans from nature. To-date, a veteran farmer or a villager can read the clouds forecast the rain precisely. Sadly, a lot of people among us can't sense even a breeze just before a rain. Also, the migratory birds' arrival and return depend on the slight changes according to the delay or premature change of a season. A good example of how they can read the impending floods and build their nests accordingly eg: if they build a nest at a higher level, there will be floods and vice versa. Note how some ants build a little dam just before a heavy rainfall. Facts apart, you guys are so funny. Especially Hasa 😂 Keep up the good work 🌹
