AI in ServiceNow: Now Assist, LLM Integrations, AI, Gen AI, and Machine learning

In today's video, we pick up from where we left off in our last video, focusing on the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) within ServiceNow.
In this video, you'll learn about:
• The LLMs available in ServiceNow and their applications.
• The development and role of the Now LLM.
• The different types of LLMs that 'Now Assist' leverages for improved service delivery.
Now Assist enhances the ServiceNow platform by unlocking new functionality through domain-specific LLMs. These LLMs are trained on domain specific data, trained and tailored for ServiceNow's ecosystem.
We'll also explore how the ServiceNow Generative AI Controller provides 'spokes' for integrating AI capabilities and discuss how you can use these integrations to build out even more functionality on the ServiceNow platform.
Furthermore, we take a closer look at deep learning and its place within the broader spectrum of AI capabilities that ServiceNow offers, including machine learning and the utilization of LLMs.

Wow, what an incredible find! Thank you for sharing this. It's truly insightful and sparks a lot of ideas for innovation. I'm already thinking about how we can apply this in our own projects. I'd love to see a tutorial on incorporating GenAI into ServiceNow. It seems like such a unique area where not many are exploring yet, and diving into it could open up endless possibilities. Awesome video.. i have a question. Can we talk to multiple 3rd party LLMs including Now LLM with in Gen AI controller? Is this available in Washington release?

Hi @viru2njoy, Yes the Gen AI Controller can connect to different LLM's and end points. During our Hackathon for example we made 2 different calls to two different LLM's in the same flow. Now LLM is for now limited to standard actions, but can be called via the controller. All Gen AI Capabilities are available in Washington as additional plugins and require additional licensing.
