NO. It's not just a 'tool' - We need to stop with this bs narrative. Unlike the internet or innovative software we've seen over the years, it will destroy 100s of millions of livelihoods across the world (it's already begun) by being a cheap push-of-a-button alternative to a human being. I appreciate your comment and question! It is totally valid. Maybe I am an optimist but I truly believe we will be the ones using these tools and building on top of them. Skills will continue to evolve but having that strong foundation and understanding about your area of study or focus is still important to be able to build on top of that with new skills. If we just sit back and say oh no point in learning that skill, in turn, we won’t have the chance to evolve and advance our knowledge with AI!
