김정기 작가님 그림을 마음대로 가져가서 ai로 만드는거 보면 대부분 사람들은 저작권을 그냥 ㅈ으로 보는듯. 디즈니 마냥 저작권 관련 법 ㅈㄴ 엄격하게 만들어야 한다고 봄.

@@Telekhaos Alpha phase is when testing is done by developers or employees of the company. Beta phase is when it's available to the public for feedback and improvements. A.I image gen have been around for a while and definitely not alpha.

Well, I got Stable Diffusion (an AI program) on my PC and generated hundreds of lovely drawings with it and I have to to say, even when an AI can copy an artist's art style to an atom, I'll still always commission a real artist. I'm a big commissioner and the greatest joy for me when it comes to art is how an artist interpret the details I've given to them into their own drawings. An AI simply cannot do that :3

AI가 없는 것! 노력, 창작. 지금까지 AI가 그린 건, AI의 창작이 아니라 남의 그림을 데이터화 하는 것 뿐임. 그러니까 그림쟁이들이 자신의 그림을 AI에게 전송 안하면 평생가도 AI는 창작을 할 수가 없음. 최소한 그림쟁이들이 그린 그림들에 대한 저작권을 AI에게 넘겨선 안 됨. AI 소유자는 남이 그린 그림을 도용해 돌려서는 안 되고.

@@user-pl8eh5pd7i 2~3년은 니미, 저놈이 구글, 네이버에서 다른사람들이 올린 그림을 스캔하고 분석해서 직접 공부하는거임, 미술 6년 공부한거 저 새끼는 30초면 배운다는거 아녀 인생 ㅈ나 부질없다 썅 근데 위 말한거 저작권 문제로 난리났었는데 그것도 해결되고 얼마전까진 "암흑세계" 까진 알지 못했는데 지금은 암흑세계 물건들이 양지로 미친듯이 몰려들어오니까 AI가 이젠 그것까지 그릴수있음. 그래도 아직 음지는 인간의 것. 하던사람들 싹 사라짐, 진짜 인간 미술세계는 종말한지 오래인데 뭐, 2~3년? 이삼년?????? 그게 말이야 방구야 fuck 우리 큰일났다니까? 그림쟁이들 이제 사라진다니까?

님은 지금 인기있는 ai만 봐서 그런 소리가 나오는것. 지금 인기있는 그림 AI는 벤처같은 소규모 기업에서 나온 AI임. 근데 이정도 반응임. 구글 등등 빅테크기업은 아직 숨죽이고 맛보기만 한두개씩 던져주고 있는데... 거기서 제대로 터져나오면 도대체 어떤 AI가 나와서 뭐가 어떻게 될지 모름...ㄷㄷ 맛보기로 던져준게 글 끄적이면 간단하게 영상나오는 수준인데...

@@dwqeqe103 ㄴㄴ. 번역가는 아직 사라지진 않음. 많이 사라졌다 한들 언어의 의미와 뜻에 대한 이해도는 아직 AI에게 없는데다 초월 번역 같은 것에는 아직 번역가들의 활약이 큼. 거기다 문화도 달라서 번역기만으로는 아직 대처가 쉽지 않음.

@@user-lv5zf8lk7g 그리고 아무리 좋은 AI번역기라해도. 그나라의 언어를완벽하게이해하고 상황을이해하지않는이상 사라지긴힘듬.. 예를 들면 한국으로치면 사투리를섞어쓰는경우엔 번역기는 제역활을할수가없음.

@@EricaHartmann. 그림 업계도 마찬가지 입니다 번역계의 사투리, 초월 번역같은 디테일 들이 예술계에도 꽤나 많습니다 그런 디테일들이 중요한데 ai가 그것을 정복하기에는 아직 길이 먼 거 같아요 만약 초월 번역 등을 ai가 완벽히 이해하고 정복하는 날이 온다면 번역계를 포함한 수많은 창작 업계가 망하지 않을까요

학습시키는거야 일도 아닌데...학습 시킬 그림파일 만들려고 동영상 봐가며 일일히 스샷 찍는게 너무 귀찮음 ㅋ 어느정도 학습하려면 그래도 각기 다른걸로 100장 언저리는 있어야 하는데 상상만 해도 개귀찮

어차피 AI가 하는 건 사람들의 그림으로 데이터 기반하는 거. 그림 안 올리거나 다른 일 하게 됨 AI도 그릴 그림없음. AI가 창작해서 그린 것도 아니고 데이터 기반해서 그리는 건데 솔직히 이걸 저작권으로 ㅇㅈ해줘야한다는 거 개 역겹고, 이 AI 사드린 놈들끼리만 저작권 얘기하면서 배불리하겠다는 얘기잖슴? 모방도 아니고 남의 그림 가져다 데이터로 쓰는 주제에. AI도 어느 정도의 그림 데이터가 있어야하고, 사람이 입력 안 해주면 못할 텐데 저작권 ㅇㅈ받고자 더 업그레이드 시켜버리면 그 때부턴 지들도 그 저작권에 소유 못함. 그 쯤이면 AI가 인간의 문자 입력대로 사는 시기가 아닌 독자적?으로 변해서 그들이 AI에 대한 소유권을 얘기하더라도 그런 사회는 일시적이게 됨. 어쨌든 AI가 그린 그림에 대한 저작권 얘기한다면 AI에 들어가는 자신의 그림을 무단으로 도용한 AI 소유자가 자신의 그림을 썼다는 점을 좋게 볼거 없음.

@@best_Jun AI가 감정까지 구현한다면 그 단계는 이미 디지털에 인간의 문자나 입력이 필요가 없는 시대라는 거임. 그러니까 더 이상 인간의 명령어에 따르기만 하는 AI는 없어진다는 얘기임. 감정까지 왔다고 생각함 굉장히 위험한 것인 동시에 굉장히 큰 착각을 하는 거임. 감정에 대해서 AI는 단지 입력하는 대로만 실행할 뿐임. 그게 인간이 보기엔 감정이 있다고 생각하지만. 지금 선 보이는 그림 AI는 어쨌든 외부(사람이 넣은 데이터)에서 입력된 거라 감정 단계까지도 아님. 그리고 그런 단계까지 올라갔다면 더 이상 공학자들도 필요가 없게 됨.

I wouldn't worry too much - there will always be a market for human-made art for the people who appreciate the hard work and creativity. And of course any time new concepts or personal styles arise, the AI will need more human-made art to learn from anyways :)

@@Pawtacle Disagree, once there's enough AI artworks out there, AI can just use AI artworks as reference rather than man-made artworks which is why I find this super concerning.

@@Vulcax I think it's still good for the generic people if that happens, because it makes the creative process more accessible. I would bet that as the AI systems advance, the art they produce will become more and more customizable to the point where you can also think of directing it as a skillset. True, people will be able to make more generic art without a sweat which kind of takes away the *monetary* value of the skills itself, but it will shift the focus more on the creation and ideas which allows more people to participate in the art world. I think that's a good thing. Really, the problem here is that it might put more traditional artists out of job but that isn't really because of the advancement of technology... Rather, it's the problem of how slowly the society adapts to new technology and the opportunities it brings. Like many other things, this wouldn't hinder the people at all if it wasn't for the capitalistic nature of our society - it's a shame culture needs to be monetized for artists to survive and thrive.
