AI is a double edged sword for sure. For music I think it has been fun, at the same time It’s making things REAL hard for voice-actors and even goes as far as getting your actual professional AND personal voice stolen, personal end leading to things as gnarly as identity theft. Just my digital 2 cents 😅

AI is good for me. I'm aware of even some very deep problems as well as it's positive potential. It's good to keep both in mind when we use AI tools. But they are tools. And being neuro-divergent, these tools help me express myself, when before I had few options. I intend to use AI in beneficial ways and I am excited for the possibilities. Comments section reminds me of the people dancing and partying under the UFOs in the 90s movie Independence Day. Also I take issue with how in the video he states he "created" the music with Udio. He did no such thing. (But he did create a good quality youtube video) The music creators though, were the countless artists whose work and creativity was mapped into the structure of the neural nets that Udio uses, without the creator consent BTW. Now the Udio venture capitalists will make money off of the hard won musical skills that the original music creators developed.

Adapt or die as the saying goes. Ai isn't going away. Just watch out for copywrite laws. It looks like a big gray area that everyone has their own ideas about what is legal fueled by hope. You can burn the unopened letter you mailed to yourself. Only copywrites filed in the copywrite office are copywritten. Nothing else holds up in court without expensive lawyers. I don't want to test it.🤣
