I just want to add my view here.. almost 17 to 18 years ho gaya industry mein meine bohot bar bohot changes dekha hain when we started layer based software pe kam hota tha .. fir shake aur fusion a gaya node based a gaya fir a gaya nuke sare studio apna pipeline nuke pe shift kar dia jo senior artist aur supervisors the jo combustion aur after effects pe kam karte the they got scared ke ab to hamara job chala jayega kiuki they were working on cobustion for almost 20 years and unko laga ke they cant upgrade to nuke but technology to update hoga no one can change or stop that to dhire dhire sara bawal kam hone lag gaya artist ne apne ap ko update kar lia jo update nehi kar paye o lead aur supervisors ban gaya so... my point is Daro mat AI aya hain thora lag raha hain ke sab kuch usme shift ho jayega but waisa nehi hoga there will be lot of compicated shots jo AI nehi kar payega because it is after all a automated program ha but ye bat sahi hain ke o jarur help karega aur quality bohot enhance karega aur time bhi bachayega so keep calm give it some time kisi ka job nehi jayega AI ke wajha se aur humlog aur efficiently bohot acha out put de payenge ... cheers 🙂

Milta bhi hai to salary dekh k log job quit kar date hai. Mai chata hu yaha pa kisi ka bhi nuksan na ho q ki jo log ya filed ma aate hai unko kuch bhi pata nhi hota fir aage ja k suffer karte hai. AI will speedup the learning process because i know that the tools i used to use 3 years ago become almost outdated, you have to make solid foundation on all aspects of your work rather than having tool knowledge and workflow of specialized software, i think the one who are 80% generalist and 20% specialist will likely to survive. AI will hit digital industry the most and specially the design industry. Now, i have experimented with such AI that even work with realtime orbitting of 3d scene, i have tried in blender and i just shocked but still it needs basic modelling to direct the creation and with materials and hdri it just do wonders so maybe in future there will be just cloud based systems that will need basic input of yours and do the rest themselves. I think everybody should learn blender because due to its open-source nature, development will be pass through it and it even growing in every field of design whether it is vfx, motion graphics, archviz, bim, cad, jewellery design, automotive industry, parametric CAD and much more undefined and as it is free so anyone can just use it, i have seen that the most of the fever of AI is also in the open-source community whether it is development side or consumption side. The way microsoft desperately acquired and switch to github which is completely open-source shows that next-generation of softwares will be open-source and linux based softwares.
