Congrats! and you have to complete your weekly (Scion) quest to be able to get a mythic drop from MSK, it resets once a week :) but check if you got one that needs doing!

The perks on xenon are really bad never do a second crit rating cuz crit rating≠crit chance and you need a reload speed on a bow that’s the thing that makes the bow good
