He is from Bangalore and Tamilnadu, quite well-known locally and internationally too, the song is also part of the Mahishasura Mardini stotram in the sanskrit language which is recited and played for positive vibes at home. Like him there are many rappers in other regions of India as well like the north-east. Many of their shows sold out but few covered by the media unlike many Hindi and Punjabi artists. It's actually a part of "Saundarya Lahari" which is also a stotram of Maa Durga... Mahisashuramardini stotram is another stotram of Maa Durga.. These are two different poems dedicated to Maa Durga 🙏🏼😄♥️

That sankrit line taken from Adi Guru Shankaracharyas Soundarya lahari text. It means without shakthi ( Shakthi means Parvati ) shiva is incomplete. Shakthi is creator, protector and also destroyer. It signifies Ardhanarishwar thatva.
