In detail Muslim League passed the pakistan resulotion on 23rd March 1940 And yeah it is also called lahore Resulotion Minar-e-Pakistan is built where it was passed. Fazlul Haq Presented the lahore Resulotion Muhammad Zafarullah Khan was the Author of the Lahore Resulotion and it is known as Pakistan Day basically it was the day when Muslim Leaders presented the idea of a separate nation known as Pakistan That is all I know and yeah there is also a film called Jinnah that was the first pakistani film which showed the independence

23 March is a Pakistan's resolution day when the resolution was accepted, a day when the main goal was achieved.

One more thing It is shot in Minar-e-Pakistan because Minar-e-Pakistan was built where the resulotion was passed and it is also called Lahore Resolution on 23rd March 1940 when All India Muslim League demanded for a separate nation
