Isn't the annular bias grid also a cathode, thus it squeezes the electrons together to prevent them from diverging into the anode? From what I've seen, the grid has a small negative voltage relative to the tungsten filament. It doesn't seem like it would make sense for an annular anode through which electrons flow to prevent divergence. It seems like it would cause them to diverge just as the primary anode does. I'm pretty sure that the focus coil does not absorb ddivergent electrons, it simply uses Lorentz force to redirect them. Also, I'm almost certain that the purpose of the deflection coil is to deflect the beam as needed, not to prevent deflection. I'm sorry, but a lot of this does not seem right.

Yes right ! Anode is connected to positive terminal of battery but it is negatively charged as it looses the electrons on the other hand .. cathode is connected to negative terminal of battery which gains electrons..n then it becomes positively charged.

Bro u have less views for this videos when compared to other channels which made video about the same topic I think the reason is ur video is too large and their is small I know ur explaining everything in detail and the animation also takes place and i know it takes a lot of hard work for doing animation like this But without animation other channel got more views I dont know the exact reason but i felt like i should say this to u
