4 years ago at age 47, my husband left me for someone else. I was devastated, no self-esteem and overweight. I stumbled across Nicole’s videos/choreography and it forever changed me! I started moving again, dancing along to your choreography, albeit modified for a beginner lol. I felt confident again. I started to lose weight and kept going. Nicole and all of her dancers became my virtual family. The positivity and passion you all bring to the floor shines a light beyond your studio. It had helped people like me. My wish is to someday visit LA and take a beginner class and meet Nicole. I wish she could know how she has impacted my life in such a positive way. I appreciate the discipline and creativity you all bring to the table. It truly inspires people in ways you may not know!

Loved watching the 4th group and how they easily flowed to different stations while they danced. Those transitions were effortless! Like eye candy!😁

yes..attitude and energy matters..many people do the steps but many can't bring the proper attitude, swag, sass, whatever is needed with those steps and also the energy and that's very important which nicole has mastered and her students also get to learn from that

So inspiring, I can watch this on repeat. I used to love dancing and was good at eat in my 20s but lately feel so stiff and not as sexy as before and watching these videos make me get up and dance. Wish I can afford these classes with Nicole just to gain back some confidence
