I've always wanted Ainsley to make it at Arsenal since his loan at Ipswich when he was 17, clearly has the talent but seeing as everyone at Arsenal get's picked on merit if they have the right mindset, seems pretty clear Ainsley has issues self motivating when he isn't a regular starter., should've humbled himself when he was being picked regularly as a wing back instead of moaning about playing in midfield.
