It may seem odd, but I find the sound and smell of aircon very comforting. When I was a kid, I would often stay with my grandma inside her office, I would just silently play in one corner where the aircon is being placed. I would always directly place my face right where the air would come out and smell the air then I will imagine cold places like mountains, icy seas ♥️ the simple sound and smell of aircon just takes me back to my worry free childhood days ☁️

Air conditioners are so comforting. Snuggling down into the sheets to go to sleep in a cold room is a timeless feeling. I can almost hear the old country music my parents played back when I used to take naps in their room, with the AC on. Kinda like nothing matters when I listen to this.

The sound of the air-conditioning reminds me of summer vacations I spend in my grandma's house. We travel there every year and the sound of the ac is so nostalgic, relaxing and tranquil. I sleep knowing the next day will be filled with fun and no school work. Just watching movies with my cousins and playing video games with my uncle all day long.

I had an extremelly annoying old PC that i used to study for years, that fan sound was very unconfortably and loud. Finally, after years, i was able to change my desktop and the new one was, well, silent, unconfortably silent, at a point that i got annoyed by the sound of my thoughts and i sweari could even hear the ants chopping the grass at my backyard, and i couldn't get as concentrated as i could with my old fella.. all i have to say is thank you, thank you for giving my study power back. It's 2024 and I still use this on vacation or on long car rides to sleep ill use it with my Bluetooth headphones or if I'm anywhere where there is no fan😅 😅 I also use it at home sometimes with my headphones if I'm trying to.fall back to sleep but I hear noise outside my window it dose help alot I hope this video stays on youtube for years it also helps to block out sounds of the outside in the morning

I can’t sleep without anything on. Whether it’s an ac, fan, tv, music, or even my brothers snoring. I can fall asleep to almost anything used as background noise. Makes me feel calm, but only for sleeping. For concentration I’d need no background noise or anything.

This beautiful video has become my go-to safe place when I’m having a panic attack. I’ve got a little lower back massager that I put on, roll on some lavender oil and I imagine I’m sitting on the end of that bed in this lovely room. I allow the anxiety to move through me, reminding myself that I’m safe, and It does the trick every time. There’s something about this room that’s so inviting and soothing and I love how cleansing the rain sounds. You can almost smell it.
