L'incidente avvenne nei pressi di Cavalese, località sciistica delle Dolomiti sita in Val di Fiemme, 40 km a nord-est di Trento, durante manovre effettuate dai piloti statunitensi per "divertirsi" e "riprendere filmati del panorama".[1] Joseph Schweitzer, uno dei due piloti statunitensi coinvolti nell'incidente, nel 2012 confessò di aver distrutto, al suo ritorno alla base, il nastro video che avrebbe consentito di svelare la verità sull'incidente.[1] Il capitano Richard J. Конечно доверие,100 процентное,иначе бы он не мог полететь! Ему ведь на землю возвращаться! А техники несут ответственность за свою работу! И чтобы как- то расслабить/ смягчить серьезность момента- взлет - они и немножко позволяют себе побаловаться! Вы разве не знаете,что летчики- хулиганишки в душе.Храбрые, точные, профессионально грамотные,ужасно ответственные и при всем при том романтики в душе?Откуда знаю? У меня брат служил в авиации медиком,а я всегда хотела быть пилотом.Но ,как известно,женщин в авиацию не брали в 80-90годы,тем более военную. Безграничное уважение как к тем,кто делает свою работу на земле, так и к пилотам!

As a former 1A8, flight linguist, all the pilots I've ever worked with in the USAF would always check in with us first to get fast Intel and keep the whole crew safe. We are the ears that hear all your fears. We are the first to know when shit is about to go down 🎧
