I'm going to fly A318 to Toulouse next week, so it's good to see the inside of Orly airport in advance (and to know that you have to walk from Terminal 4). The last Baby Bus I flew on was British Airways all business class configuration, this one will be all economy. Looks like a comfortable experience, thank you for a nice report.

Looks like a decent flight for a short trip. Hope the seat was comfortable. Good to see they gave you a little snack, on Air Canada I'm glad to even get a water or juice!

At least they give you snacks. All the carriers here in Canada don't give you anything even on 3 hour flights.

And the French people always complaining about the free service on AF, not acceptable, few items given, not much in quantity and bla bla bla .. always complaining

Canada is not a good example.Unlike Europe, Canada has a highly regulated market that does not allow free competition and everything is reduced to only 2 companies AC and West. This is why they do not really care to provide any additional services. They know that even if they don't make you happy, you will still have to fly with them since there's nothing else you may use.

The level in English in Air France is very poor, she barely can read/speak English… for an international carrier it’s sad.

She also has trouble speaking in French as well. it doesn't feel that her level is poor in both language but more like she is stressed or very new to the job.
