2.5 lbs chicken wings
Dry Seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
Sauce
Half a Stick of Butter
1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 & 1/2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Great recipe. Even with just the initial seasoning, it’s the best tasting. The flavors push it over the top. Easy to push the sub button.

Definitely flats! Tried your lemon pepper wings and my family LOVED them. Will try these tomorrow. I now wish I bought a large air fryer instead of the small one because I can’t make them fast enough. 🙂

Flats. The skin to meat ratio is perfect. That being said.... DUDE. This is the BEST RECIPE EVER. This is the first recipe I have not had to tweak or, worse yet, abandon completely. The seasoning was perfect, although I added a dash of pepper to the mix because why not. This one is a keeper.

Most people around here like drums. I kinda like flats, but I like both about equally. But my real preference is for WHOLE WINGS. That's how I roll when I make my own.

Jay question why you didn’t use flour like on the Lemon pepper wings? Also do it matter if you put the butter and garlic in the microwave?

I didn’t use flour just to kinda switch it up a bit, but you definitely can. I know some people try to avoid using flour but either way will still taste awesome. And you can definitely microwave the butter and garlic
