Here is an easy Bang Bang Chicken Skewers recipe that your whole family will love. The outside of the chicken gets nice and crispy while keeping the meat moist and tender.

Air Fryer Bang Bang Chicken Skewers
Ingredients:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs - 4
Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
Sweet Chilli Sauce - 1/4 cup
Sriracha - 1 Tbsp or as needed
Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp
Onion Powder - 1/2 tsp
Paprika - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp or as needed
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Skewers - 3-4
Instructions:
1. Preheat Air Fryer at 400 °F for 5 minutes
2. Trim off fat and cut chicken thighs into similar chunks
3. Add oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt to the chicken pieces and coat well
4. Soak 3-4 wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes. If using full sized wooden skewers, cut down to fit your air fryer. Skip this step if using metal skewers
5. Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers
6. Place the tray in lower position and oil the basket/tray and place the skewers in the air fryer
7. Air fry the chicken at 400 °F for 15-18 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes.
8. Chicken in this video was cooked in 15 minutes
9. Check the chicken using a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature is at minimum 165 °F
10. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce and sriracha together.
11. Spread the sauce over the chicken to evenly coat all pieces.
12. Serve warm with remaining sauce.
