Turn a punnet of cherry tomatoes into a quick and flavourful brunch in just a few minutes with the help of an air fryer. Serve with toasted English muffins or sourdough, top your favourite burger or even used as a stir through for pasta.
AIR FRYER CHERRY TOMATOES WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch salt
pinch black pepper
Preheat the air fryer to 200C / 400F
Place cherry tomatoes in a small oven safe baking dish.
Drizzle over the oil and balsamic vinegar.
Season the tomatoes with garlic powder, a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Place the baking dish of tomatoes in the air fryer and cook at 200C / 400F for 15 minutes.
Check the tomatoes at around 8 minutes and cook until done to your liking.
