OMG..I just made this and it is incredible! I added a teaspoon of chopped fresh rosemary and marinade for 30 minutes. It is the BOMB!! will be sharing this with my friends. LOVE IT!!

I don’t have an air fryer, can I do in a cast iron pan?

Yes you can. Even better I would do cast iron to give it a good sear and then pop the pan in the oven at 350 F to finish it. I don't know the exact cooking times but it will work great. That's how I make my steaks!
