I was diagnosed with hypersensitive skin in Jan 2024 at clinic, I waiting for hospital appointment in April, I hoping to get medicines for my condition as I found out walking as the only time I don't feel itchy due to the sweat (vaporization) effect on my skin I feel relaxed whenever I sweat which why I brought this, I love walking as an exercise but sweat cause dirt to cling and had lost the motivation to walk.but now I doing cleaning so I'm dusty and I only wear gloves with my dress pajamas, legs exposed so I still do feel itchy. I think at think at this point to buy full on dust protection wear head to toe cause I ready cannot take it. I get hives from slight of dust 😢. It wasn't like that last year wth. So frustrating just to take something just to flare up and I will go wash my hands, I feel 2x the itch and feel headache and want to go to sleep to wait for it go away. Even I want go walk around I can't I feel headache. I stuck at home all day now don't want to leave the house I'm scared the dust cling onto me. I found out vapour helps sooth the itch was when I got motivation to walk my sweat supruse the itch and feels relaxing. I had hard time to sleep due to the itch ants sensations running around is so uncomfortable and stiff and I had no motivation to do anything I just lay on the bed and sit on my chair, and do walk time to time around when I forced myself. Just to let you know I like walking as an exercise but after got diagnosed with hypersensitive skin just sweating now will cause sticky which attracts dirt which I get hives from dust. I suffer from depression, which cause me to lack motivation, so I have some days I no motivation to bath and get more itch and I will resort to body wipes

Is it clean every 3 days mean clean on 3rd day or after 3rd day?
