The second I put them on in-store I got flash backs to when my pops bought my first (and only) pair in grade 7 for my bday. Since then I haven't been able to comfortably justify spending $220CAD on another pair of r4s, but your review made me feel it was time to cop some quality. Happy Father's day.

Might have to wait for these to hit the outlets this summer. Colorway is really nice and I'm glad to hear they didn't cheap out on the leather. I wish we still got quality products like these consistently

The leather on the Alternates is like the Bred 1's that just released. Butter. Quality on these remind me of why I love shoes , J's in particular.

Almost 2 years of having this shoe. Still my most comfortable 4 I own. Leather is awesome! Wish White cement came in this quality. That is my all time favorite shoe.

+Jesse Rice I was of the belief that the materials would be nice as well going off of all the pictures posted of them prior (obviously not the best tool to judge that with, but I've kind of developed an eye for it over the years.)

+Jesse Rice I could tell from the released images a month or so back, kinda like Jay Gee did as well. The leather had this for subtle wrinkle, and it didn't look cheap. So I believed them to be a nicer material than say the "Motorsport" colorway.

a dope low key 4, and i like it. especially with the dope leather. stiff leather just kills jordans cus the midsole isn't particularly awesome most of time, so it's awesome to see jb step their game up. and PLEASE KEEP IT UP. and release them cherry 12s while you're at it. i need those

I absolutely love these. A sure pick up. I also like that you mentioned how Black Cements became "breds" out the blue one day lol. Never understood how or why that happened, especially considering how much more grey there is on the shoe than red, and how "BC" is easier to type than "bred" (bars.)
