Every country with airports, regardless under developed or developed have provided this service since they have built their own airports. This means Sri Lanka has also provide this service to international airlines for more than 50 years. Obviously, the technology has evolved, but, it is good to understand the principals.

Thanks for the vid. When is the Colombo airport expansion taking place? Apart from expanding the terminal with more aerobridges, a 2nd runway would double the airport passsenger traffic.
