Happy Friday, everyone! While I'm sure you're all in different life situations right now, just know that I'm proud of you for getting through the week! Any plans for the holidays?
Depending on how you sing this song, the meaning fluctuates between melancholy, sad, and inspirational. Rising was able to grace me with his amazing piano instrumental arrangement (inspired by the original piano track of this song) so that I may sing a calming version of it. Nothing too fancy, but I hope I was able to carry a sense of growth throughout this cover as the vocal layers continue to build the longer you listen.
(I also sang "hope" and "wish" interchangeably throughout the cover without realizing it, oops!)
