I couldn't imagine. He wasn't kidding when he said bucket list. I'm not much of a hunter but I love watching the monkey and baboon hunts. It would be a dream come true even if I was only there to watch and camp. Plus Matt seems like a genuinely awesome dude.

Ag, Mat! How I regret taking for granted SA when I grew up, all that beauty! Little story on bobijaans, we used to dive kreef at Olifantsbos in the Cape Point reserve. One Sunday a few of us went with three or four cars to dive and have a braai. After we had been diving we went back to the cars only to find that the baboons has ripped open one of the guy's soft-top car roofs, torn apart the back seat, and stolen all their padkos out the boot. Your drone footage is awe inspiring as usual. Looking forward to the next.

Like your ox wagon series, I’m glad you made this a multi episode series. No way you could capture this adventure in one short video. Your videography is second to none. It was good when it was just you but now that Nicole is with you it’s even better. Seriously it watches like you carry a whole crew with you! I rarely just sit for a few minutes and watch your videos when I’m busy. I almost always sit down with a snack and drink and make sure I have time to wind and rewind when needed lol. Your hunting and shooting skills are icing on the cake!

If I saw the map correctly, the public road goes through that farmer's private land? Does he get many people stopping along the roadway where it is bordered by his private land and sniping at the wildlife? Seems there'd be a lot of folks trying that since it probably is remote enough for them to get away with it quite often. Beautiful country as always. I never get tired of seeing it. Wish I could be there with my air guns with you.

I’m really looking forward to this series. Though nothing can replace my boreal forest here in canada, the stuff you’ve shown is amazing. We never see anything of Africa but the plains. And the monkey hunting, I have to admit, is a bit bizarre to me, but it’s interesting as hell, and I totally get that you have to put wild animals in their place, or we lose our dominance. Anyway, it’s got scenery, hunting, lots of rifles, camping…what else could we ask for in as series?
