My flight from kl to jkt was canceled without explanation or even compensation , and i had to wait for 12 hours in klia till i got the next flight . That was the one and only bad experience i got from airasia . I hope it wont happen again. Its very good commercial ad anyway 😀

O Miao Kek well, it is a budget airline, you can't expect 5 stars service by paying 1 star value, airasia is the best budget airline I have ever taken so far

Just seen a documentary about the air Asia flight that flew into a thunderstorm and crashed into the ocean killing 155 passenger and 7 crew member back in December 28, 2014.

When I bought a ticket with AirAsia they just took my money and then promised a bogus refund that is still “in progress” after more than two years. Not sure if there are actual aircraft involved 😆or if scamming customers is the primary line of business these days

Try looking in the app for the Travel Voucher option instead of the Credit Account option. I’ve just had a surprise as an amount i’d said farewell to (expired) in my credit account has now shown up in my Travel Voucher section. Unfortunately it does seem i can only redeem the voucher on only the same route as my original booking but hey-ho, I may get to use it as its valid for 5 years (mine expires 2027). Hope it helps you.

Air asia now fucking sucks. Frequent rescheduling with late notice, and sometimes but sadly increasingly more frequent total cancellation of your flights that forces you to find another airline if you're rushing to fly on that day itself, which is very stupid as you're essentially forced to pay the fees in its most expensive form due to you paying for an impromptu booking rather than an early booking ticket's price. If possible, fucking avoid this airline at all cost! they are no longer what they are used to be, and I honestly don't see any hope of them improving any time in the future.
