What's cruel is rich online entrepreneurs buying themselves multiple houses and knowing there are people who can't easily afford a single home (house) as in people who are without a real home because they are having too much difficulty with trying make real Passive Income online and have no real help from anyone reliable

I am wondering if you start a rent to rent business, do you guys tell the owner/broker of the apartment about the fact that you are actually renting the apartment to rent it out on Airbnb and Booking or do you guys keep this information for your self ?

In Dubai , Obviously you have to tell even not this you have to get NOC from landlords that they have no objection to sublease their units and you must have DTCM license. 😊
