Short term must be banned in residential neighborhoods just like in Dallas . Short term that allow parties with prostitutes and drugs are spreading crime . Owners must be sued for illegal activities.

Why a new ordinance? Use the laws you have. Drugs=illegal, disorderly conduct=illegal, lewd acts=illegal, possession of a firearm while committing a felony=illegal. Just enforce what you have.
