In this video Igor paints a Viking ship with a stormy sky on a Harley side case. A very enjoyable theme for him as he loves Vikings, sailboats and the ocean. A really nice combo :)

Wow mate, that’s bada$$! Incredible work! I can’t wait to start airbrushing myself but currently trying to do research in what airbrush to buy and type of paint to use for bike paint jobs. Again, amazing job!

Thanks David! You can use solvent base coats if you have some kind of ventilation and a good respirator. As for airbrushes, any cheap one will do for a start.

I used to love doing monochrome work, but my customers always wanted full colour. Bit surprised you didn't get any splatter from your white..... Usually when your squirting on the last part of the detail...

Vielen Dank! :) :) Der Kompressor ist ein 50 Liter Guede. Die Airbrush ist 0,20 mm, eine der billigsten.

I would not be using them gloves. One of the things that moved me to the airbrush from tattooing was that I didn't need gloves. Still, nice job as always.

I'm so used to gloves that I can't work without them anymore. And it's much better not to touch the surface with bare fingers if you plan on spraying clear coat on it. Thanks! :)

I just get lost in what must be a story behind the painting. The painting is a depiction of an event within the story. Portraits are characters within a story. Scenic landscapes are areas where characters play out their lives, and all of it within the mind of the artist.

Beautifully said! For me this picture is Vikings returning home to their families after surviving an epic adventure into the unknown.

I still prefer the fantasy realms, where trolls and goblins stalk the forests, evil wizards are conducting unholy rituals in some lonely tower, conjuring beasts and foul creatures from other dimensions to bend them to their will for use in some chaotic power grab. Beautiful women, some virtuous and honorable, other exceedingly cunning and evil. And men seek that which all men seek - power and riches, some engaging in epic battles and others delving into cursed abbeys, forgotten grottoes and ruined temples built by those lost to history. The fog of decrepit swamps to the burning, shifting sands of wind swept deserts, and the unforgiving mountains that loom like dragon's teeth, where mystical creatures and magical beings yet undiscovered dwell and make their abode.
