Lufthansa sure like their older planes. A340 and the 747 still in service.

I’m learning the a340 in xplane. It’s sure is a great plane to fly. Definitely was harder to learn since I’m used to Boeing but once I learned it’s now easier than Boeing. And in the sim it even has the camera on the tail 😂

The a340-300 takes off so slowly, yet it is a cool widebody

The a340 reminds me of the old Russians jets, low engine performance and use all the runway 😂

Fun fact: A340-300 has a same rear landing gear as the MD-11 plane

Old CRT screens. Also the MCDU has CRT screens. Hence the name 'Glass cockpit'
